Denver Team Handball Practice Schedule
There are two (2) practice opportunities per week.

Mondays 7pm - 9pm at the Salvation Army Red Sheild Gymnasium at 29th and High Streets will focus on Handball basics, footwork drills and 1 on 1 play, and is a good chance for beginners to learn the sport.
Wednesdays 8pm - 10pm at the Metro State Auraria Campus PE Complex at Speer and Larimer Street is the team's formal practice with more team play, tactics & strategy, and scrimmaging.

Please contact us in advance if you plan on attending either practice.
Membership to the team is $10 per month + signing a liability waiver and both are expected before you can participate.

Denver Team Handball & Mountain Sub-Region Game Schedule:
Scrimmages take place every other Wednesday vs. the other Mountain Sub-Region teams. Location is typically at the Air Force Academy or the the Olympic Training Facility in Colorado Springs. Call or email for details.

Upcoming Regional and National Tournaments

Competition Update! > The 2010 Falcon Cup took place March 5-7, 2010 at Air Force. DTH took second place - loosing to Westpoint in the finals.

The primary competition schedule takes place in the Spring. DTH is part of the Mountain Sub Region, which is a part of the West Region. Teams must qualify for the regional tournament, then place top 2 in regionals to qualify for Elite Nationals.

2010 Nationals look to be planned for May 20-22, 2010 in Las Vegas.
